While that closes the door on using this Xbox One pad with my phone, I can still use it with a PC. How can I connect the Xbox One controller to my PC? When the batteries are low, the controller’s wireless signal is weak and, therefore, can’t sync to the console. You’d want to replace the battery or charge your controller.
