Once opened keep it in the fridge, preferably still in the box. Udos Choice Ultimate Oil Blend will remain fresh for up to eight weeks if stored correctly. Always happy taking this product and have been using it for years. No problem or issues and is very happy I`ve been taking this for a year or so, mainly to help with my dry skin eczema - used to get it from another supplier and it always tasted rather bitter - not so the oil from bodykind. I believe that`s because they refrigerate it at all times, so it can`t go off. Highly recommended and won`t buy it anywhere else now.
