About this deal
after a fresh start it works for ~30min, then after reselecting input it works for 5-10min and again stops, it feels like it might be some overheating problem, but it is not that hot(for sure touchable), but i have never seen the fan going in this amp, maybe this is the cause, strange it started happening just now,

Doesn’t look like a gaffe. You did say “Ch-Fi” which is shorthand for Chinese High Fidelity. And all of the companies you mentioned including FIIO and SMSL are from China. Looks like either Guangzhou or Shenzhen. And this is still the case for the actual loudspeaker transducers inside "powered speakers" that have amplifiers built into them... Can definitely see the effort/increased presence of Sabaj on this forum by Peter. A right move in the right direction. No doubt SMSL/Sabaj can make a good product. The SMSL VMV A2 (which should provide similar measurements to the Sabaj A30) has about 15% less power than the NC252MP (206 vs 236 watts) but with a better SINAD (particularly at 8 Ohm). It should be noted that the SMSL VMV A2 achieves these results using the optical input while the analogue one shows high noise below 50 Hz (maybe this problem has been solved for the Sabaj). I was also considering an amplifier based on the Hypex Ncore NC252MP module. Here is Amir's review of the IOM NCore Pro (based on Hypex NC252MP): https://www.audiosciencereview.com/...d-measurements-of-iom-ncore-pro-pwr-amp.8979/ The Sabaj A30a uses a BTL type amplifier. The BTL method obtains a large output by differentially driving two amplifiers.

sub volume is not consistent with speaker volume. They rise and fall unevenly. At low volumes you may have way too much sub, and at high volumes it disappears. This means you have to adjust the sub volume every time you adjust the main volume. Using the latest DSP chip with ST high-power amplifier chip, carefully designed and debugged, its distortion is as low as 0.0008%; And it should be fine doing that; it’s going into lower-than-rated impedances where things tend to get iffy.Of these, only the SE (single-ended) type and PSE (parallel single-ended) type are capable of high-level input through speaker output. Due to the new Axign-Full Digital Amplification technology it can probably compete with AB class amplifiers that cost 3 to 5 times more I can confirm that the Sabaj A30a is a little jewel.
