About this deal

Mangos– Unlike most mango recipes, we’re using unripened mangoes to try to achieve a similar tart flavor to the Thai green mango. Again, for Westerners, a ripe mango is just as delicious to use here. Place the mango upright on the cutting board. Position the knife about ¼-inch away from the middle and cut along to slice off one "cheek" (Pic 1). Take a mango in your hand and gently squeeze it. If it gives slightly, it’s ripe. But if the mango gets mushed, then it’s overripe.

The most popular way to reach that juicy flesh is by slicing your mango into three parts vertically. You’ll want to stand your mango on its tip so that its stalk is facing you. Using a sharp or serrated knife, slice downwards on the left and right side of the mango seed until you have three even parts. Here is our mango peeling machine testing youtube video in our facotry for your reference!! Mango Peeler Machine Parameter Model Eating a mango can get messy fast if you don’t know how to cut it properly. Read on to learn how to cut a mango using the correct technique.Lastly, use a julienne slicer, a mandoline, or Chef’s knife to slice the fruit into julienne strips.

Center the Mango splitter above the mango, with the blades in the splitter aligned with the middle (Pic 2).From there, you can scoop the fruit out using a spoon then nibble around the seed after peeling it. But there is a fancy way to present those slices. Just score the flesh using your knife into a grid-like pattern, which will cube the fruit. You can use a spoon to scoop the diced parts out into a bowl or eat it straight from the skin. Our goal is to cut around this seed/pit and separate the flesh. In this post, I show you how to cut up a mango so you can get the most fruit out of it, with minimum wastage.
