The Ensure Plus range includes 17 milkshake flavours, enriched in vitamins and minerals, introducing over 300 calories per Ensure Plus drink to provide maximum dietary nutrition and healthy weight gain.

If you are using Ensure Plus as a sole source of nutrition or recovering from surgery or illness then it is recommended that you visit your local GP. For individuals using Ensure Plus as a weight gain drink it is advisable to start with consuming one bottle of Ensure Plus in the morning which should help increase your appetite. If one bottle is not enough then the dosage can be increased to suit the individual. Contains essential fatty acids which are needed for normal growth and development of children. This beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 2 g of alpha-linolenic acid (ALA) and 10 g of linoleic acid (LA).
